Nancy is a native of Williamson County and a graduate of Franklin High School and the University of Georgia Institute of Organization Management. She has served two terms on the Institute’s Board of Regents.

Her 30 year career as the President/CEO of the Williamson County-Franklin Chamber of Commerce demonstrated her dedication to the betterment of Williamson County. Her volunteer leadership to many non-profits is still ongoing. She is a past board member of the Carter House, Battle of Franklin Trust, Williamson Medical Center Foundation, Columbia State Community College Foundation and Columbia State Community College Executive Board, SOROPTIMIST International of Franklin charter member and Past President and Past President of Natchez Trace Parkway Association. She is a graduate of Leadership Middle Tennessee and served on its founding board. She is a past board member and past President of Tennessee Chamber of Commerce Executives.

She currently is a board member of Franklin’s Charge, Franklin Tomorrow, Natchez Trace Parkway Association, Council on Aging of Middle Tennessee and serves on the Franklin Housing Commission.

She is an active member of Trinity United Methodist Church.
