Tiffany Love Harden received a full Athletic Track & Field scholarship to East Tennessee State University. An NCAA Division I, Southern Conference Record Breaker, she graduated with a Master of Science in Social Work with a concentration in Behavioral Health, and a Bachelor of Science in Education with a concentration in Child and Family Studies.
While running in a track meet, Tiffany was approached to compete in the Miss Kingsport Scholarship Pageant, a prelim to the Miss America Scholarship Pageant. Tiffany won on her first attempt. This opened the door for her passion for community service, and gave her a platform to give back to the community. She implemented her platform, “The Bene(FIT)s of Sports Participation in the Lives of Boys & Girls.” In 2006, she became the Miss America Scholar Athlete of the Year for implementing her myriad of non-profit programs. Tiffany became Mrs. Tennessee International 2008, and was recognized by the Associated Press, and JET Magazine for her work with eradicating Childhood Obesity. She also won Mrs. Georgia U.S. 2011, and became the first African American woman to win the title of Mrs. Tennessee U.S. 2012. She placed 1st Runner-Up at the National Mrs. U.S. Pageant.
Tiffany is a recipient of 13 U.S. Proclamations. In 2016 Tiffany was nationally recognized by the U.S. Congress & U.S. Senate for creating the Beauty Behind Bars Movement (a movement helping women and girls become free from mental incarceration and self-imprisonment. Beauty Behind Bars has made state and national headlines in the Tennessean, CBN The 700 Club, ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX News affiliates. Tiffany was featured in the San Quentin Prison News, as the first African American woman to be requested to bring a women’s organization in an all male prison (San Quentin Prison, in CA). Beauty Behind Bars has also been implemented in programs for The Tennessee Prison for Women.
Tiffany is a Licensed Master Social Worker at St. Thomas Midtown Hospital, and has been a Mental Health Specialist in the field of Social Work for 12 years. A highly requested inspirational speaker. Tiffany travels the U.S. implementing educational and spiritual conferences for men and women. She is the founder of a myriad of non-profit organizations: Tenacious Teens 4 Christ, Inc, Beauty Behind Bars, Man Up Against Bullying, National Youth Activist Awards, Once in a Wifetime, and Once in Manhood.
Tiffany is passionate about spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ. She is the Author of “A Made Up Bed, Is a Made Up Mind, and Jeans You Wear, Genes You Share.” She is a Model, Actress, Spiritual Inspirational Speaker, and Visionary. You can find Tiffany in Tyler Perry’s Madea’s Witness Protection, Second Generation Wayans sitcom on BET, Glamour Belles on Lifetime Television. Tiffany enjoys working with women, men, and children.
