I grew up in a beautiful area, Northern California to be exact. I was fortunate enough to have a mom who owned travel agencies in the growing Silicon Valley. I was introduced to the world of travel and hospitality at a young age. By the time I was 16, I was calling on some of the top companies in the Bay Area. It was an amazing experience to work along side my mom and learn all about incentive travel, without even realizing she was teaching me about corporate and leisure travel sales and how to cultivate business relationships. One of her top clients was Steve Jobs, of Apple. He loved my mom. She handled his personal and business travel. This was just one of many highlighs early on in my career. I am grateful to my mom for the skills she shared with me and how much she influenced my career and love for working in hospitality and especially with people.

In college, I continued my career in Hospitality, working for several small boutique style hotels, two of which are wonderful places to stay. The Montecito Inn and the famous San Ysidro Ranch near Santa Barbara, CA.

As my career progressed with new opportunities after college, I moved to Orlando, Florida and held various positions in front office management, catering sales, and destination management sales. I had the pleasure to work with both Hilton and Marriott while living in Florida. However, in 2005 I found myself relocating my family to Nashville. I’ve now been here for over a decade and love calling this area home.

In 2013, I returned to the field of Hospitality that I love.
I joined Loews Hotels at their corporate office downtown. It was here that my love and passion for working with people was connected once again. At Loews, I was a travel planner and a specialist for their Miami South Beach hotel property.

I’ve had some incredible moments and opportunities in my career that include event planning, hotel management, and my true love, Sales & marketing. People are definitely at the heart of everything I do. I love sales and making new connections and building relationships.

In my current position of Area Director of Sales with Halifax Hotels, I am doing what I love. I could not be more proud or excited to have three beautiful hotels to sell and be an ambassador for. The hotels I represent are the Hampton Inn by Hilton in Spring Hill and Columbia, TN, and the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Columbia, TN.

When I’m not out in the community selling my hotel properties or helping others, you will find me spending time with my family and my grandchildren. We love to travel, spend time in the outdoors exploring new trails, experiencing new local eateries or joining in on the fun at a local festival.
