Yolanda Greene serves as Rutherford County Market President with First Tennessee Bank. Yolanda shares more than 18- years of banking and leadership experience. Spending all of her career serving the Rutherford County and Tennessee Market, Yolanda has held various roles within the Commercial, Business Bank, Credit and Community Segments. Greene’s expertise and experience with multiple lines of business, allows her to provide local leadership and delivery to the Rutherford County Market through supporting commercial, consumer and community segments with Reliable, Relationship and Relevant Banking. Yolanda is an alumni of Leadership Rutherford and has been honored as the 2017 Nashville Business Journal 40 Under 40 Recipient. She’s also been recognized twice as a Murfreesboro Women in Business (2011 & 2016). In 2016, Greene was appointed by Governor Haslam to the Tennessee Board of Regents, representing the 4th Congressional District which governs Tennessee’s Community & Technical College System. Greene is humbled to serve her Rutherford County Community through serving in board positions with several organizations including Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce, Murfreesboro Breakfast Rotary Club, Rutherford County Boys & Girls Club, Montessori Academy of Brentwood and Mt Zion Baptist Church. She is also a founding member of the Rutherford County United Way Young Leaders Society.
Greene holds a BS in Biology, a minor in Chemistry, and an MBA from Tennessee State University and is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Her greatest joy comes from her, husband Dwayne and children Madison (10), Dwayne Jr (6) and Selena (4)
