My name is Tosha Robinson Baugh and I was born in Franklin, TN. My parents are Edward Robinson and Jennie Manier Robinson. I am married to Kevan James Baugh and we have three children Jalen (14), Amelia (4) and Ashten (4). I was educated in th Franklin Special School and the Williamson County School Districts. I graduated from Franklin High in May of 1992. I attended Middle Tennessee State University and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (5-8) in 1996. After graduating, I was hired to teach third grade at Johnson Elementary School, the elementary school I attended as a child. During the time I was teaching, I returned to school and earned a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education in 2000 from Tennessee State University and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership in 2004 from Trevecca Nazarene University. In 2006, I was promoted to Assistant Principal at Johnson Elementary and stayed in that role for 5 years. In 2011, I was promoted to Principal of Johnson Elementary School, which is my current position.

I am member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., the African American Hertiage Society of Williamson County Board member, and the Canarian Art Club of Franklin, TN. I also work with Gentry’s Educational Foundation.

I attend Locust Ridge P. B. Church and work with the youth department, sing in the choir and I am member of the Pastor’s Aide ministry.
