Billingsley is the City Attorney for the City of Franklin, and she has served in that capacity since her appointment in February 2010. Ms. Billingsley has worked for the City since 2007 when she was hired as Assistant City Attorney, and she served in the capacity of Interim City attorney from January 2008 until her appointment to City Attorney. She previously worked for the State of Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance, and prior to that she practiced law in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, focusing primarily on business litigation and family law issues.
