Lynlee Cates Kennedy is Director of Retail, Inventory Control, and Event Planning at Leiper’s Fork Distillery in Williamson County. In addition she owns and operates Riverbound Farms; a new and upcoming wedding and event venue nestled along the West Harpeth River, four miles West of downtown Franklin.

Lynlee is a native Nashvillian who graduated high school from Brentwood Academy in Brentwood, Tennessee. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Auburn University in 2002.

Lynlee and her husband opened Leiper’s Fork Distillery in 2016, which is one of two distilleries to open in Williamson County since state prohibition in 1910. Leiper’s Fork Distillery produces 25,000 gallons of spirits annually, using local grains, and sees over 10,000 visitors annually. Leiper’s Fork Distillery prides itself in contributing to the long standing and blooming tourism industry inside Williamson County.

Lynlee’s new venture is Riverbound Farms; an 80 acre farm located along the West Harpeth River in Williamson County. The venue will host weddings and other events on its scenic rolling acres. The venue contains a 5,000 square foot home that is over 100 years old. The space also includes a barn and other rentals for possible events. Riverbound Farms will be taking reservations for rental in mid-summer 2018.

Lynlee is proud to call Williamson County home with her husband and two children, who both attend Battle Ground Academy. Lynlee is an active member in her church and volunteers her time to her children’s school with event coordination and other areas where needed.
