Lee O. Molette II has built a successful track record as an investment advisor, real estate investor and developer, consultant, and businessman. This experience provides him with an opportunity to impact a wide range of initiatives and projects from investments to community development efforts, both regionally and nationally.
In 1995, Molette launched Molette Investment Services Group (MISG) to provide services in securities investing and financial education, real estate investing, and business consulting. MISG has grown, exponentially, to include numerous clients across multiple disciplines. He also manages a multi-million-dollar portfolio of commercial and residential investment properties.
In 2015 he launched Frank Stanton Developers LLC to further build on his real estate development activities into a more active business. Under this company he will develop multi-family, commercial, and residential communities. In addition, he consults with other entities to assist them in determining how to get the best and highest use of their properties. The company contracts with these entities too as their developer. Molette has personally managed the acquisitions and development of religious, commercial, and residential properties
Lee is actively involved in the community, including Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Mount Zion Baptist Church, where he serves as Deacon and was the Co-Chair of two growth-oriented building programs with a combined impact totaling over $26 million; he also is a member of the Nashville Chamber’s Nashville Business Coalition, a member of the Nashville Downtown Rotary, a board member of 100 Black Men of Middle Tennessee, a board member of the Nashville Public Library Foundation, and he established the Molette Family Impact Advised Fund through the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee in 2008.
Lee holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from North Carolina Central University. Also, he is a 2004 graduate of Leadership Nashville. In addition, Lee has been voted as one of Nashville’s 100 most powerful and influential leaders two years in a row by the Nashville Business Journal. In his free time, Lee enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, working out, and dreaming.
