LaTonya Martin has nearly become a household name in Middle Tennessee. Her drive and persistence over the years has placed her into a position as one of the area’s well recognized names in insurance and real estate. Her company Grande Style Homes has nearly the visibility of one of the larger, franchised real estate companies in the local area, yet she leads a boutique brokerage of personable professionals from a quaint, ornate location in a well- known district.
LaTonya had years of success as an insurance professional. She worked for State Farm and Nationwide and owned her own Shelter Insurance and Allstate Insurance offices. She earned her real estate broker’s license in 2006 and opened her own office. She remained successful when the market went on a downward spiral in 2008 by adjusting her form of marketing. She attests, “I have learned that as the market changes, you restructure your business to fit the needs of your clients.” She has expanded her team and added additional services to her portfolio to include concierge services to meet her clients needs. This includes a Mobile office & Chauffeured Luxury transportation service for clients, Builder Pro Services to help builders & Investors, Grande Construction Company for Home renovations & Repairs, and Grande Home Design Staging & Design service to help clients put the final pieces together whether buying or selling.

Mrs. Martin has made an indelible mark in the business industry and in the lives of hundreds of consumers through the years. She received the 2016 Top THDA Selling Agent Award. For several years, she has won the Award of Excellence Awards from various organizations including Eastern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors, Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, Robertson County Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Real Estate Brokers for Sales in Excess of a Million Dollars. She volunteers her time to United Way as a tax preparer, she is a regular supporter of the Boys and Girls Club, and provides free homebuyer education, home seller workshops, and credit education classes throughout Middle Tennessee. She is the 2017/2018 President of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) Nashville Chapter, 2017 Program Director & Board Member & 2018/2019 President of the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR) Middle Tennessee Chapter, and she was featured in Nashville Business Journal “Who’s Who in Residential Real Estate” in 2016 and 2017.

LaTonya Martin has educated, serviced and led numerous Nashvillians with integrity and passion for years. And while a career in Real Estate can offer flexibility, the challenge of being a broker is balancing life when being pulled in multiple directions constantly. In addition to raising sons and managing a healthy family life, she manages agents, represents buyers and sellers, markets her business, and engages in annual training for growth and development for her agents and her brand. Although she has helped countless people be more secure and experience the American dream, her greatest driving force can be summed up in a few simple words, “to help others achieve their goals.” Her mandate over success and advice to others is that “failure is never an option.” To learn more about her, check out her and her team at www.grandestylehomes.com.
