Kendra Snipes, Native of Memphis, Tennessee is an Experienced, Dedicated Professional in customer service Operations, with more than 20 years of experience in transforming people and processes through creating and fostering a value aligned culture and “Service above Self” Philosophy. Kendra has been successful in creating High Performance strategies and achieving exceptional results in wireless, government, insurance and telecommunications service settings. Kendra has consistently achieved record-high customer satisfaction rankings, and improved the bottom line and turnaround of underperforming operations.
Kendra currently serves as the Director of Operations for Ibex Global where she partners, develops and implements strategies for performance improvement with key clients. Respected builder and leader of customer/client-focused teams-Kendra instills a shared, enthusiastic commitment to customer/client care as a key driver of company goal attainment. Kendra ensures the execution of all customer satisfaction, quality and center operations policies and key initiatives through consistent coaching delivery. Kendra provides direction, motivation, and real-time coaching to her Senior Leadership to enhance their problem solving and decision making skills real-time.
Following in the Entrepreneur spirit of her father Eugene Yarbrough and Grandfather Wilson Ashford, Sr., Kendra Snipes Marketing was launched in January 2010 with the purpose of developing key business relationships/partnerships with Churches and Ministries. Shortly thereafter she added Artists, Authors, and small businesses to her roster. Kendra assists/helps/coordinates new, emerging, nonprofit organizations, entrepreneurs, and ministry “thought leaders” strategically and effectively by leveraging new media and marketing strategies to reach their goals.
A charismatic coach and motivational leader, and career advocate, Kendra is a connector with a passion for coaching others to success. Kendra’s personal motto is “If It is to be, It’s up to me”, which is indicative of independence, self-confidence and perseverance each and every person needs in order to obtain success.
