The Nashville Minority Business Center is launching Contracting for Equity Tennessee, a campaign designed to ensure small and minority-owned enterprises have increased opportunities to do business with the state of Tennessee. The initiative is aimed at leveling the playing field for diverse businesses. The goal is to ensure public contracts are equitably distributed to businesses who are certified and qualified to provide services and/or supply goods for state government agencies.
