Dr. Hall has been a leading innovator in the educational arena for the past twenty-five years; holding positions in higher education, nonprofit management and within the federal government. Dr. Hall is the owner of Together We Can Consultants an Educational Consulting Company, the Executive Director of Grace M. Eaton Early Learning Center and an Adjunct Faculty member at Columbia State Community College. The programs under her purview are highly interactive and based upon a broad compendium of experimental and research approaches.
Dr. Hall received a Bachelors of Arts Degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, a Masters of Education Degree from Central Michigan University and a Doctoral Degree from Nova Southeastern University. She has authored several articles and performed research on various subjects related to early childhood education, leadership, professional development, military families, resiliency, brain development, adult learning styles, and parent education. Additionally, she has obtained several certifications in the parenting, educational and leadership domains. Dr. Hall is the author of two books: “Peaks and Pitfalls: 7 Best Practices of Professional Development” & “Guidelines and Strategies for Effective Professional Learning”.
Rena is married to Kent (26 years) a Retired Army Officer. The couple have two sons (Kenny and Jonathan) who enjoy playing sports and traveling. Rena’s personal motto is “Together We Can”, which is indicative of the support, assistance and teamwork each and every person needs and deserves in order to obtain success. A member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Rena enjoys volunteering, traveling, decorating and cooking.
