Debby has lived her entire life in Tennessee. She attended UT Martin married a Fairview native and moved there 36 years ago. She and her husband were married 32 years before his death in 2006. Debby has two grandsons, Brenden and Deven. Debby was involved with the Franklin High School Marching Rebels as a volunteer, served on the Family Selection Committee of Habitat for Humanity Williamson County, Chair of the first Habitat build in Fairview, served on several church boards at Westview United Methodist Church, and most recently is working with the Williamson County Long Term Recovery Committee. Debby worked 14 years as the Meals on Wheels Director in Fairview before coming to United Way in June 2008 as a full-time campaign manager. In June 2013, Debby was promoted to Volunteer Engagement Manager.
