Carrie Zeier and her two sons, Zeke and Ike, have made Tennessee their home for the past eleven years. She is a native of Georgia, where she grew up in a family who owned a chain of 50 supermarkets. Within that company, they purchased and leased real estate. Here, Carrie learned about leases, commercial real estate, and eventually residential real estate investments. After graduating from the University of Georgia, where she earned a Business Administration Degree in Speech Communications, she began investing in properties in strategic areas of coastal Georgia and Florida. Ultimately, this led Carrie to a full-time career in real estate with Keller Williams Realty in Atlanta, Georgia, where she was awarded the distinctive title of “Rookie of the Year.”

Carrie eventually relocated to Nashville, Tennessee, where she joined the largest Keller Williams Realty in Williamson County as the CEO/Team Leader. Through her successes in the real estate industry, Carrie had the opportunity in 2011 to purchase RE/MAX Elite, a residential real estate company. At the time, this included three franchises in Nashville, Columbia, and Brentwood, which is the location of RE/MAX Elite’s Corporate Headquarters. As RE/MAX Elite grew, Carrie added two additional franchise offices located in Murfreesboro and Hendersonville. RE/MAX Elite has grown from a $325 million dollar company in 2011, to a $975 million dollar company in 2017.

Through her leadership at RE/MAX Elite, Carrie has attained many notable achievements, such as RE/MAX International Broker/Owner of the Year Award, the Howard McPherson Eagle Award, multiple RE/MAX Regional Showcase Awards, and RE/MAX Elite has the distinction of being the #1 RE/MAX in Region. RE/MAX Elite is also the Exclusive Real Estate Company of the Nashville Predators. Carrie promotes RE/MAX Elite and discusses all things Real Estate on her weekly radio show, “The Voice of Nashville Real Estate,” on Super Talk Radio every Sunday 5-6 pm.

RE/MAX Elite and its agents proudly sponsor the Children’s Miracle Network, and their contributions are used to help children in Middle Tennessee. On behalf of RE/MAX Elite, Carrie supports the local Suicide Prevention Program and sponsors the walk for life in Nashville. Additionally, Carrie became the 2016 Oyster Easter Queen, when she participated in a fundraiser to combat poverty for the Nashville Community Center.
