Carin Polk has been a real estate agent/consultant with Keller Williams Realty since 2014. This September, she became the productivity launch coach at Keller Williams, meaning she coaches/trains all new agents on what it takes to become a successful agent. Prior to becoming a full-time agent, she was a special education teacher in Franklin, TN for 11 years. She also taught special education and secondary science in her home state of Mississippi where she also owned and operated a child care center. Carin received a bachelor’s degree in biology from Jackson State University and a master’s degree in special education from the University of South Alabama.

She also lived in Louisiana and Alabama before moving to Tennessee in 2005. While a teacher in the Franklin Special School District, she held various positions within the local education association, including co-president and president and served as special education team leader at the school level.

Carin moved to Tennessee with her three children: Chylar, Taylor and Jourdon. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading and writing. She is passionate about servicing at-risk-youth in both her home and local communities. As part of this passion, she is committed to giving back to students and their families throughout the year as an anonymous giver. (Matthew 6:2 Therefore, when you do a charitable deed, do not sound a trumpet before you…) A portion of her proceeds from each real estate transaction will benefit at risk students and their families both here in Williamson County and in her home school district in Mississippi. She owes this desire to serve to her dad, Norris Polk, himself a giver. The hat worn in the photo belongs to her dad and is her way of paying homage to him.
