Candi Flowers is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and Certified Personal & Executive Life Coach. For over 25 years, she has worked in the Human Resources field with many successful organizations where she has had the opportunity to provide strategic leadership and functional oversight. She is currently leads the human resources function for a technology sales organization in Nashville, TN. While she has enjoyed working in various industries, her overall passion is to equip and empower others to reach their fullest potential in their personal and professional lives. As a Coach, Speaker & Trainer she has had the opportunity to work with several clients for nearly 10 years. She is
the President of The Candi Flowers Group, a coaching and consulting organization. She is certified through the John Maxwell Group and The CaPP Institute.
Through her roles in HR leadership, coaching and consulting she has gained valuable experience in developing best practice solutions to develop and strengthen individuals and organizations. As a seasoned HR leader, she achieved success in developing and implementing talent management strategies resulting in highly engaged cultures and driving maximized organizational performance success. She has worked for many successful organizations such as GE (Advanced Services), Frito-Lay, Williams-Sonoma, & McKesson. As a consultant, she has provided HR consulting & in-depth employee
and leadership development training for many top-level organizations.
In the community, Candi serves with many organizations. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Safe Haven Family Shelter; the Rutherford County Advisory Board of Directors for Junior Achievement; the Diversity & Inclusion committee for MTSHRM and is the immediate past president of the Pi Nu Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Candi was also a 2013 Nashville ATHENA nominee.
Educationally, she holds a Masters of Business Administration from Belhaven University and a Bachelor
of Arts from The University of Memphis.
Candi and her husband Michael have resided in Murfreesboro, TN for eight years. They are the proud parents of four daughters and grandparents of one grandson.
