Fox is the first African American state Director of Victim Services for the Tennessee Board of Parole. She works directly with crime victims to make sure that their legal rights are being upheld for Parole Hearings. Five years ago while participating in the Tennessee Government Management Institute (2012) with the University of Tennessee-Knoxville Office of Public Service; she was elected its 2012 Class Vice-President.
