Pam is committed to continuously expanding her leadership skills and as part of this effort has been involved in The Alternative Board (2011-2014), United Way Worldwide Executive Leadership Development (2015) and Southwestern Consulting (2016). Pam’s first volunteer experience with United Way was as a Loaned Executive in Huntsville Alabama.
