Kalandrian Davis has been employed with Vanderbilt Health since June 2014 and is currently a Senior Talent Consultant within the Human Resources department. In her role she serves as a recruiting subject matter expert for research, clinical, and administrative positions.

Kalandrian credits obtaining her Bachelors of Science in Organizational Communication and Human Resources Management from Middle Tennessee State University as a great part of her success. As a personal advocate for diversity and inclusion, Kalandrian brings her passion to Vanderbilt Health, local, national and international community service organizations. In 2016 she was appointed to serve on the Diversity and Inclusion Board at Vanderbilt Health, where she worked closely with Executive Leadership to implement programs to address concerns within the African American and Disabled communities and issues pertaining to Women and Gender rights and equality. Kalandrian’s civic duties include serving as a mentor and alumni member for INROADS, Inc., a course facilitator for Junior Achievement, and active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

Being a first generation college graduate, Kalandrian is fueled by opening opportunities for those who are often underserved and dedicated to making positive and forward moving changes, such as proper resume etiquette, pay equity, and career growth within the Vanderbilt Health organization and her community.
