DESCRIPTION:Music City Food + Wine Festival is the brainchild of Grammy award-winning artists (and Nashville residents) Kings of Leon\, world renowned chef Jonathan Waxman\, Austin-based C3 Presents — producer of Austin Food + Wine Festival\, Austin City Limits Music Festival\, and Lollapalooza — and Vector Management’s Ken Levitan and Andy Mendelsohn. \nTaking place in the historic venues and outdoor spaces of downtown Nashville\, Music City Food + Wine is an authentic\, fresh and inspiring experience that will have even the most discriminating gourmet coming back for more. The Festival returns in 2017\, September 15-17. \nAbout Music City Inc.\nIn 2006\, the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp created a 501(c)(3) foundation to enhance its programs\, providing more education\, training\, and research benefiting Nashville citizens\, the workforce of its hospitality industry\, and visitors to Music City. Officially named Music City\, Inc.\, the foundation launched the Music City Walk of Fame project in November 2006.
